Appedology is seeking a skilled Data Analyst – Reporting to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong analytical acumen and a knack for producing impactful reports and dashboards. You will play a critical role in preparing executive-level data insights, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and enhancing reporting processes across the organization. Your contributions will directly inform decision-making and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Excel and relevant tools.

• Translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders across various departments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and ensure data accuracy.

• Monitor data trends and KPIs to support strategic planning and performance optimization.

• Assist in automating reporting processes and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Support internal and external audit requirements through accurate documentation and data reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.

• 3+ years of experience in data reporting and analytics, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong command of MS Excel is essential, including advanced formulas and pivot tables.

• Excellent attention to detail and a deep understanding of data management principles.

• Effective communication skills for presenting data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with data visualization tools and workflow automation is a plus.
