Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Conduct statistical analysis on large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data insights.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create solutions that meet business needs.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and integration tasks to ensure data accuracy.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to streamline data integration.
• Develop predictive models to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Continuously monitor and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate with the data science team to develop machine learning models that improve business outcomes.
• Preference for experience with NLP techniques and tools to analyze and process text data.
• Preference for certification in data analytics or related field.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in a data analysis role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Excel
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and experience using Python and R for data analysis
• Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and integration techniques
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable with eastern time zone
