Tahcom is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a professional with a minimum of two years’ hands-on experience in cybersecurity, particularly with expertise in risk assessment, identity and access management, and compliance with regulatory standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our organization’s information security aligns with Saudi Arabia’s regulatory frameworks, including SDAIA, NCA, and additional official regulatory authorities. A strong background in data-related fields such as data governance, analytics, or data protection is highly valued, enhancing the candidate’s ability to address complex cybersecurity challenges effectively. This position involves managing a small team of one person, providing leadership and guidance to enhance the team’s performance and contribution to organizational security goals.

In this role, the Cybersecurity Specialist will be responsible for assessing vulnerabilities, implementing security controls, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA and other relevant frameworks. The candidate will utilize vulnerability assessment tools and apply the Risk Management Framework (RMF) to continuously monitor and improve the organization’s security posture.
