The Neo Solutions is looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to lead and execute cybersecurity initiatives for a high-security financial services platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in security compliance, risk management, SIEM solutions, and regulatory frameworks including SAMA, PDPL, ISO 27001, and NCA ECC.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct security gap assessments and compliance reviews
• Implement and validate security controls, encryption, and access management
• Support vulnerability management, system hardening, and SIEM monitoring
• Develop incident response and risk management procedures
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance records
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Infrastructure, and Compliance teams

Requirements:
• 4–6 years of cybersecurity experience in fintech or regulated environments
• Strong understanding of SAMA Cybersecurity Framework, PDPL, ISO 27001 & NCA ECC
• Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, Azure Sentinel, etc.)
• Hands-on knowledge of vulnerability scanning and cloud security practices
• Familiarity with secure SDLC, DevSecOps, and API security
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer
