Cyber Security Specialist

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cyber Security Specialist located in the Karachi Division. The Cyber Security Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the security of applications, networks, and information systems. Key responsibilities include assessing potential vulnerabilities, implementing security protocols, managing cyber risks, and maintaining up-to-date security measures to mitigate threats. Collaboration with IT teams and providing guidance on maintaining robust cybersecurity practices will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Application Security and Cybersecurity practices
• Experience with Network Security protocols and tools
• Knowledge of Information Security standards and compliance measures
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and risk management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM are a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
