Baseline Qualifications (All Domains)
- Strong Linux/CLI fundamentals; proficiency with Docker/Compose and YAML.
- Experience writing precise, reproducible pytest test suites.
- Ability to turn vague workflows into clear, testable specifications.
- Proficiency with Bash and standard Unix tools.
- Demonstrated prior element experience in the relevant domain.
- Educational background in the specific domain of expertise (Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent specialization, depending on the domain).
Security Expert: Security-related implementations and analysis
- Core experience: exploitation & hardening, isolated vulnerable services, mitigation workflows.
- Must build safe, Dockerized vulnerable environments with explicit binaries/tools.
- Tests validate exploit outcomes (secret retrieval, privilege escalation) while ensuring safety (no unsafe network egress).
- Educational Qualification: Cybersecurity, Computer Security, or equivalent field.
