Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our general product portfolio.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive product improvements and identify new business opportunities.
- Can travel all across the country easily for customer visits since the job includes extensive travel.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations.
