💼 Position: Customer Support Specialist
📍 Location: PECHS Block 6, Karachi — On-site

🕐 Shifts:

• 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

📅 Alternate weekends off
💰 Salary: Up to PKR 130,000/month

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver exceptional customer support across multiple channels
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records
• Achieve daily KPIs and customer satisfaction targets
• Identify concerns and escalate issues when required
• Ensure quality, professionalism, and compliance in every interaction

• 1+ year of experience in Customer Support/Customer Service
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
