📍 Location: F.B. Area Block 10, Karachi
🕕 Shift: 9-hour shift between 6 PM - 6 AM
📅 Working Days: 6 days a week

Responsibilities:
✅ Assist international clients through calls, emails, and chat
✅ Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner
✅ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
✅ Understand customer concerns and provide suitable solutions
✅ Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth customer support
Requirements:
🔹 Experience: Fresh to 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role
🔹 Communication: Good English communication skills (verbal & written)
🔹 Skills: Basic problem-solving and customer handling abilities
🔹 Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM or support tools is a plus
🔹 Personality: Responsible, patient, and eager to learn
