Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound/outbound calls
• Assist customers, process service requests & resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with internal teams for escalations
• Provide clear, empathetic communication

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
