Transpotech is seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Chauffeur Dispatch professional to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring excellent service delivery and efficient dispatching of chauffeurs for our clients. You will be the key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, and coordinating transportation logistics.

 

Job Description

 

● Having Excellent spoken English skills

● An American, British, Canadian or Australian accent is MANDATORY.

● Communicating with customers through various channels.

● Knowing our service' inside and out so that you can answer questions.

● Processing orders, forms, applications and requests.

● Communicating and coordinating with team as necessary.

● Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

● Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

 

Job requirements

 

● Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (foreign degrees preferred)

● Foreign Exposure in English speaking countries is preferred

● Familiarity and experience with CRMs

● Experience working with Customer support (US experience is preferable)

● Excellent Spoken English skills with (American or British accent preferred)
