Customer Support Specialist

 

Description:

We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist with excellent spoken and written English to confidently handle calls and communication with our international clients (US, UK, Canada, etc.).

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Manage calls with international clients in a professional manner

 

Communicate project details, updates, and requirements clearly

 

Maintain a polite and client-friendly tone at all times

 

Coordinate with the internal team to share client feedback

 

Keep records of discussions and follow up when necessary

 

 

Requirements:

 

Must be based in Karachi (onsite role)

 

Excellent English communication skills

 

Confident in handling professional client calls

 

Strong listening skills and ability to respond promptly

 

Prior experience in customer support or virtual assistance is a plus
