Customer Support Specialist

 

Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Success Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting warm leads, providing exceptional client support, and handling customer queries efficiently.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Engage with potential customers (warm leads) to convert them into sales.

Provide comprehensive support to clients and address their queries promptly.

Maintain professional communication through calls, emails, and chat.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Manage and maintain client records with accuracy.

Handle objections effectively and provide solutions to meet client needs.

 

 

Requirements:

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Skills:

Strong communication skills with an excellent American accent.

Proficient in English, both verbal and written.

Fast typing speed with exceptional writing abilities.

Customer-focused approach and problem-solving skills.

Experience: Prior experience in sales or client servicing is a plus but not mandatory.
