We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative/ Student Visa Counsellor to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, possess excellent communication skills in English, and be proficient in using social media platforms. As a Student Visa Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in assisting students with the visa application process and ensuring their successful journey towards international education.

🔹 Responsibilities:
Student Visa Guidance: Provide expert guidance to students on the visa application process, including documentation, eligibility criteria, and interview preparations for various countries.
Client Consultation: Conduct one-on-one consultations with students and their parents to understand their educational and visa requirements.
Application Processing: Assist students in preparing and submitting visa applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documents.
Document Verification: Review and verify all visa-related documents to ensure compliance with the respective country's requirements.
Interview Preparation: Offer coaching and guidance to students for visa interviews, helping them build confidence and readiness.
Stay Informed: Stay updated with the latest changes in visa regulations and requirements for various countries.
Social Media Management: Utilize your social media expertise to promote our services, engage with potential clients, and create informative content related to visa application processes.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or queries.

🔹 Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Student Visa Counsellor or in a similar role.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Strong knowledge of visa application procedures for popular study destinations.
Proficiency in using social media platforms for marketing and engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
