Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support for US, UK, Canada, or Australia
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or Western accent
• Excellent written English with strong grammar and attention to detail
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
Job Details:
• Rotational Night Shifts
• On-site role
• Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore
• Salary: PKR 90,000 – 120,000 + incentives
