Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at GROOVY in Karchi. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders and returns, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Qualifications

● Proficiency in using E-commerce platforms like Shopify and Daraz.
