Description:

As a Customer Support Representative at GROOVY, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our customers via Instagram, Facebook, and email. You will interact with customers through chat to address their queries and resolve any issues they may encounter. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about helping customers, have excellent English communication skills, and possess strong typing abilities.

Requirements:

O/A' Levels background preferred

Proficiency in English language (both written and spoken)

Strong typing skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
