Description:

Responsibilities:

• Engage in polite and competent phone, email, chat, and other interactions with clients from abroad.

• By identifying and resolving software-related problems and escalating difficult issues to the proper teams, you can provide technical help to clients.

• To effectively support clients and give product information, get a thorough understanding of our software products and services.

• Respond quickly and effectively to consumer questions, concerns, and technical issues.

• Keep accurate and thorough records of all interactions, problems, and solutions with customers in our CRM system.

• Collect and report customer feedback to the product development and quality assurance teams for continuous improvement.

• Stay up-to-date with product updates and changes and share this knowledge with customers to enhance their experience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and quality assurance, to address customer issues and improve product functionality.

• Strive to exceed customer expectations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with our services.

 

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent work background

• Previous experience in customer support or technical support is a plus

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
