• Education: Minimum Graduate (Fresh Graduates are preferred)
• Should have know-how about Handling customers via inbound calls.
• Evaluate the problems and complaints of the callers and provide proper solutions to them.
• Complete call logs and reports
• Manage & update customer databases
• Follow-up on customer calls
