Prismatic Technologies is looking for a Customer Support Representative who can interact with our customers, manage queries and complaints efficiently & effectively.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensure that our customers have a great experience using our service by responding to their queries, requirements, correspondence by different communication means.
Should be able to communicate fluently in English with the customers.
Interact with customers to provide and process information about products and/or services
Must be able for cold callings.
Evaluate customer needs resolve etc.
Build relationships with customers to strengthen our service competitiveness.
Able to utilize customer feedback to recommend product and service improvements.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Qualification: Bachelor’s
Experience: Should have at least 1-year of relevant experience.
Skills: Excellent problem-solving, time management & soft skills.
Must be Fluent in English.
