Description:
The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer support and should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. This candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all client communication via Fiverr Inbox (new inquiries, repeat buyers, revisions).
- Greet clients professionally, understand requirements (scope, timeline, budget), and guide them to place orders.
- Log all interactions, updates, and timestamps in Inbox, Task, and Order Tracking Sheets.
- Assign new orders and revisions to designers with clear instructions and references.
- Provide mid-project updates when required and ensure timely responses from clients.
- Perform quality checks before first and final delivery.
- Submit first and final deliveries on the order page with professional messages (watermarked drafts/mocked previews).
- Handle revision requests clearly, document feedback, and coordinate with the design team.
- Escalate conflicts or disputes to the Team Lead and assist in resolution.
- Close orders professionally, request reviews, and support after-sales follow-ups.
- Upsell additional services and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain priority folders, reminders, and shift-based responsibilities efficiently.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Eligibility criteria:
- Proficiency & fluency in English language with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, demonstrating a patient and empathetic approach to resolving customer issues.
- Customer-focused mindset, dedicated to providing top-notch service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Customer service experience is mandatory.
- Graphic Designing knowledge is plus.
- Should know about how the freelancing platform specially Fiverr works and deal with the client accordingly.
- Ability to coordinate with designers and follow SOPs strictly.
