Customer Support Representative

 

Description:

The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer support and should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. This candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all client communication via Fiverr Inbox (new inquiries, repeat buyers, revisions).
  • Greet clients professionally, understand requirements (scope, timeline, budget), and guide them to place orders.
  • Log all interactions, updates, and timestamps in Inbox, Task, and Order Tracking Sheets.
  • Assign new orders and revisions to designers with clear instructions and references.
  • Provide mid-project updates when required and ensure timely responses from clients.
  • Perform quality checks before first and final delivery.
  • Submit first and final deliveries on the order page with professional messages (watermarked drafts/mocked previews).
  • Handle revision requests clearly, document feedback, and coordinate with the design team.
  • Escalate conflicts or disputes to the Team Lead and assist in resolution.
  • Close orders professionally, request reviews, and support after-sales follow-ups.
  • Upsell additional services and encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain priority folders, reminders, and shift-based responsibilities efficiently.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

 

Eligibility criteria:

  • Proficiency & fluency in English language with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, demonstrating a patient and empathetic approach to resolving customer issues.
  • Customer-focused mindset, dedicated to providing top-notch service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Customer service experience is mandatory.
  • Graphic Designing knowledge is plus.
  • Should know about how the freelancing platform specially Fiverr works and deal with the client accordingly.
  • Ability to coordinate with designers and follow SOPs strictly.
