Customer Support Representative

 

Description:

As a Sales Agent for our Truck Dispatch Campaign, you will be the frontline voice of our company. You will connect directly with US-based truckers and carrier companies, understand their challenges, and demonstrate how our dispatch services can add significant value to their business. This is a high-impact role where your success directly translates into client growth and company revenue.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

· Conduct outbound calls to a list of prospective US-based carriers and owner-operators.

· Professionally introduce our suite of dispatch services (e.g., load booking, rate negotiation, route optimization, back-office support).

· Build rapport, identify client pain points (e.g., finding consistent freight, dealing with brokers, administrative burden).

· Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of our services.

· Overcome objections and address questions with confidence and industry knowledge.

· Schedule follow-up calls or demos with the Sales Lead for qualified prospects.

· Accurately update and manage all lead information and interaction notes in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

· Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets for calls, qualified leads, and scheduled appointments.

· Stay updated on industry trends, common freight market issues, and our service offerings.

 

Who You Are (Requirements):

 

· Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, confident, and professional phone manner.

· Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a high-volume call center environment. (Experience in logistics, freight, truck dispatch, or a related US market is a huge plus).

· Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

· Active listening skills to understand client needs and tailor your pitch accordingly.

· Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate CRM software.

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

· Flexibility to work shifts corresponding to US business hours (typically evening/night shifts in many regions).

· Neutral/Clarity in Accent: Ability to communicate clearly and be easily understood by a North American audience.
