Translation Empire is a UK-based provider of professional interpreting and translation services, supporting public sector organizations nationwide. Our key clients include the NHS, hospitals, solicitors, local authorities, and other government bodies.

Although our services are delivered across the United Kingdom, our operations and service-delivery teams are centralized at our Pakistan office.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone calls
  • Provide support to customers by addressing inquiries, processing service requests, and offering general assistance.
  • Identify issues, troubleshoot effectively, and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Keep accurate and comprehensive records of all customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
  • Deliver clear, accurate, and empathetic communication to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex or specialized cases.

 

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Basic computer skills, with the ability to type efficiently and use online tools.

• Capable of multitasking and adjusting quickly in a fast-paced work environment.

• Professional, positive, and committed to delivering high-quality customer service.

• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of customer service experience are welcome to apply.
