Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat to assist US-based customers.
  • Provide professional and timely support to resolve customer queries and issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide additional assistance if needed.
  • Meet performance targets related to response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Requirements:2 years of experience in a Customer Support or Call Center (International/US Campaign) role.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to stay calm, polite, and professional under pressure.
  • Comfortable working night shifts (US time zone).
  • Basic knowledge of CRM or ticketing systems is a plus.
