Job Duties:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Managing client accounts, tracking requests, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of client interactions and service requests.
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure client concerns are addressed efficiently.

 

Job requirements

Proven experience in customer support, client servicing, or a similar role.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle diverse client interactions professionally.

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email correspondence.
