🔍 Role: Customer Support (Patient Calling)
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for making and receiving patient calls, addressing their queries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining clear communication on behalf of our U.S. healthcare partners.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to patients for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and confirmations
• Handle inbound patient queries with professionalism
• Record accurate information in EMR/EHR systems
• Assist patients in understanding their care instructions and next steps
• Escalate concerns to the billing/clinical team where required
• Maintain call logs and ensure high-quality customer service standards

📌 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Healthcare/Business preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & listening) – Mandatory
• Confident and polite telephone manner
• Ability to work night shifts (U.S. hours)
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline
• Familiarity with healthcare communication or call center experience is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and email communication
