Customer Support Representative

 

Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our Alibaba backend support team. This office-based role focuses on follow-ups, coordination, and backend client assistance — no fieldwork or cold calling involved.

You will manage pre-qualified leads, assist in sales documentation, schedule follow-up calls, and ensure smooth communication between clients and our sales team. This role is perfect for individuals who are organized, attentive, and enjoy providing support in a structured sales environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle pre-qualified Alibaba B2B leads provided by the sales and marketing team

  • Make follow-up calls and emails to support clients in the onboarding journey

  • Coordinate between clients and business development team for meetings, documentation, and issue resolution

  • Maintain updated logs and client records using internal CRM systems

  • Assist with sales reporting and ensure timely client communication

  • Work closely with management to improve customer support systems


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or intermediate-level education with relevant experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination or customer service

  • Strong phone etiquette, follow-up discipline, and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

  • A calm, professional demeanor with a client-focused approach
