Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our Alibaba backend support team. This office-based role focuses on follow-ups, coordination, and backend client assistance — no fieldwork or cold calling involved.
You will manage pre-qualified leads, assist in sales documentation, schedule follow-up calls, and ensure smooth communication between clients and our sales team. This role is perfect for individuals who are organized, attentive, and enjoy providing support in a structured sales environment.
Handle pre-qualified Alibaba B2B leads provided by the sales and marketing team
Make follow-up calls and emails to support clients in the onboarding journey
Coordinate between clients and business development team for meetings, documentation, and issue resolution
Maintain updated logs and client records using internal CRM systems
Assist with sales reporting and ensure timely client communication
Work closely with management to improve customer support systems
Bachelor’s degree or intermediate-level education with relevant experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination or customer service
Strong phone etiquette, follow-up discipline, and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
