Description:

MPS is looking for dynamic professionals for our 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 role at Lahore office. It’s a full-time position.

 

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

 

As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for efficiently and politely resolving a variety of customer inquiries, ranging from billing queries to payment collections. We seek a dedicated professional who takes ownership of his/her accounts, resolves customer’s issues, addresses the core of each query, and delivers service that earns our customers' trust.

 

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

 

• Equivalent to Master’s degree or higher

• Candidates with foreign degrees or UK exposure will be preferred.

 

𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼:

 

• Must have excellent command on spoken English and can professionally comprehend and resolve customer issues.

• Effectively responds to inbound calls to investigate, process, and resolve customer’s inquiries promptly.

• Make calls to the customers to resolves customer’s concerns, and collect payments to support team and departmental objectives.

• Embraces teamwork and is willing to go the extra mile for his/her team's success.

• Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer’s issues and complaints are addressed in accordance with company-wide compliance protocols and procedures.
