  • Follow communication procedures and company guidelines
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Previous experience in customer support or a call center is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools is an advantage
