Vortex is actively seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Representative (Chat Support) to join its dynamic support team in Lahore. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at written communication and are passionate about delivering top-notch customer experiences in a fast-paced, digital environment.
As a Chat Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out through chat. You will be expected to handle inquiries efficiently, resolve product or service-related issues, and provide clear and helpful responses—all while maintaining a friendly and professional tone. You will also play a key role in escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams, tracking conversations using CRM tools, and contributing to customer satisfaction initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in chat-based customer support, along with excellent written English, strong multitasking abilities, and the ability to type quickly and accurately. Proficiency in using CRM platforms and chat support tools is essential, and an attention to detail is critical to ensuring a seamless support experience.
