Truth Market is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals (Female) to join our team as Customer Support Representatives. The role involves providing exceptional customer service to clients in the UK, addressing inquiries related to energy, insurance, and general customer support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions professionally, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for UK-based clients in the energy and insurance sectors.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries related to services, policies, and accounts.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting, complaints, and feedback.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Meet performance targets, including call handling time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality support.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including evenings, if required.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Must be punctual, professional, and able to work under pressure.
