Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

  • Provide support through various communication channels.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.

  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other communication tools.

  • Willingness to work in evening shifts (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM).

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
