Nationwide Enterprises is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join its dynamic team in Johar Town, Lahore. Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Provide support through various communication channels.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring satisfaction.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other communication tools.
Willingness to work in evening shifts (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
