Customer Support Officer

 

Description:

We are looking for a “Customer Support Officer” to join our Sales Operation Department at our factory located in Karachi Export Processing Zone.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. To ensure effective flow of Sales order process.
  2. To prepare and share P/I with customer and follow up till their approval.
  3. To manage response time for daily customer’s queries.
  4. To share ready dates with customer and take approval for applying NOCs.
  5. To coordinate with Export & Supply chain section as per customer’s request & follow-up for the order completion accordingly.
  6. To prepare discount sheets and get discounts fixed in system.
  7. To make item registration form and get item and prices registered.
  8. To file the documents after shipment such as order History, payment etc.

Qualifications: B.Com or BBA from an HEC-recognized University/Institute.

Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in textile industry.

Skills: Analytical skills, Problem solving skills, Interpersonal skills, Product Knowledge, Market Research, Communication skills, Computer applications and MS-Office operations, , Negotiation Skills, Follow-up skills, Team work & Time Management.
