The position focuses on both customer retention and sales support, playing a vital role in enhancing the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to customers who have abandoned their online shopping carts to help complete the order process and boost conversion rates.

• Communicate with customers via WhatsApp, providing real-time responses, product information, order assistance, and recommendations to drive sales.

• Manage inbound customer calls in a professional manner, ensuring efficient and empathetic issue resolution.

• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through clarity, patience, and a customer-first approach.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support ongoing reporting and analysis efforts.

• Collect, analyze, and share customer feedback with internal teams to help optimize products, services, and the overall customer experience.
