Mendeez, a leading fashion and lifestyle brand under Siddiqsons, is seeking a Customer Support MTO (Female) to join their dynamic team based in Karachi. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about customer care and have a passion for building meaningful customer interactions. The position focuses on both customer retention and sales support, playing a vital role in enhancing the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to customers who have abandoned their online shopping carts to help complete the order process and boost conversion rates.
Communicate with customers via WhatsApp, providing real-time responses, product information, order assistance, and recommendations to drive sales.
Manage inbound customer calls in a professional manner, ensuring efficient and empathetic issue resolution.
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through clarity, patience, and a customer-first approach.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support ongoing reporting and analysis efforts.
Collect, analyze, and share customer feedback with internal teams to help optimize products, services, and the overall customer experience.
