🔹 What You’ll Do:

For Sales Closer:

• Drive new client acquisition and close sales effectively
• Present Edge Solutions’ digital marketing services and convert leads into loyal clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Track and optimize sales performance

For Customer Support Manager:

• Lead client onboarding and success campaigns
• Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities
• Act as a strategic advisor for client needs
• Analyze feedback and improve service delivery

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Digital Marketing Campaign (Sales or Support)
• Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in sales closing or customer support
• Ability to join immediately
