Description:
We're looking for an experienced Customer Support Manager to lead our customer service team at OK Estate & Builders. As a Customer Support Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and driving continuous improvement in our support processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
• Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve complex issues
• Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
• Develop and maintain customer support processes and procedures
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics (e.g., response times, resolution rates)
Requirements:
• Proven experience in customer support management (minimum 2-3 years)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
