Customer Support Manager

 

Description:

We're looking for an experienced Customer Support Manager to lead our customer service team at OK Estate & Builders. As a Customer Support Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and driving continuous improvement in our support processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

•⁠ ⁠Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives

•⁠ ⁠Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention

•⁠ ⁠Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve complex issues

•⁠ ⁠Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues

•⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain customer support processes and procedures

•⁠ ⁠Monitor and report on key performance metrics (e.g., response times, resolution rates)

 

Requirements:

 

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in customer support management (minimum 2-3 years)

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•⁠ ⁠Strong leadership and team management abilities

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
