Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls to assist customers with queries, complaints and service requests
  • Provide accurate product/service information and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain updated records in CRM systems and document all customer interactions
  • Meet assigned performance targets (quality, call handling time, customer satisfaction etc.)
  • Follow call handling scripts and company SOPs while maintaining a professional tone
  • Adhere to data protection and confidentiality guidelines
