Customer Support Executive

 

Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Customer Support Executive who can act as the first point of contact for both our clients and internal team members. This role is a combination of community management, platform support, and internal coordination – ideal for someone who thrives in multitasking and is excellent in communication.

 

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

  • 🎧 Handle client queries across WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and CRM

 

  • 🌐 Resolve issues related to platform access, account links, setups, and onboarding

 

  • 🤝 Coordinate with internal departments for escalations or backend support

 

  • 🗣️ Communicate clearly in Hindi, English, and/or Urdu with professionalism

 

  • 👥 Assist in managing online communities – ensuring members are guided and queries are resolved

 

  • 📊 Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions

 

  • 🧩 Be a team player who ensures smooth information flow between clients and departments

 

✅ Who You Are:

 

  • Based in Pakistan

 

  • Fluent in Hindi, Urdu, and English – strong command in written and spoken communication

 

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to understand basic platform flows and troubleshoot issues

 

  • Organized, fast-thinking, and capable of working under pressure

 

  • Prior experience in customer support, tech support, or community management is a plus

 

  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and solution-oriented mind
