Provide support to French-speaking customers via chat, email, and phone.
Resolve customer problems, answer queries, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams for swift issue resolution.
Fluency in French (English is a plus).
Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
Prior customer service experience is preferred.
