Customer Support Executive

 

Description:

Softvira Pakistan is currently seeking a Customer Support Executive with a strong background in finance or accounting to join our growing team. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen understanding of financial processes, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

 

1. Provide top-notch customer support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to the financial services.

2. Communicate with customers and clients via phone, email, and chat.

3. Utilize your finance or accounting background to assist customers with billing, invoicing, and account-related queries.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns.

5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within our CRM system.

6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of customer support procedures.

7. Maintain high-quality standards in customer interactions and responses

 

Requirements:

 

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

2. O / A Levels with majors in Accounting.

3. Proven experience in an international customer support role, preferably in the finance or accounting industry.

4. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.

5. Knowledge of Tech Savy and how to use Google Sheets & Docs

6. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries.

7. Familiarity with using chatbots.

8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.ccc
