Softvira Pakistan is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Executive to join our team in the night shift. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. He/she will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Communicate with customers and clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify and resolve customer problems, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively according to the guidelines.
  • Provide and respond to feedback about any aspect of the job or its duties.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in customer interactions and responses.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience in customer support or customer service with accounting background.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of Tech Savy and how to use Google Sheets & Docs.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting terms and principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
