Customer Support Executive

 

Description:

As a Customer Support Executive at TechMatter Global, you will play a crucial role in ensuring outstanding customer experiences. We are seeking individuals with international cold-calling experience, along with excellent communication skills.

 

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to international clients to promote our products and services.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.

- Address customer inquiries, and concerns, and provide timely resolutions.

- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.

- Stay updated on our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

 

Qualifications: Fresh graduates or O/A Level

 

- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in international cold calling.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

- Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.

- Ability to handle a high volume of calls with professionalism and patience.
