Description:

TouchPoint (Pvt.) Limited, a pioneer in financial technology in Pakistan since 2007, is hiring a Customer Support Engineer for its field operations in Thatta. The company is known for delivering advanced self-service solutions with a commitment to reliability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction. This role involves technical troubleshooting, on-site support, and ensuring smooth operation of systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support and troubleshoot customer-reported issues related to self-service financial solutions.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in electrical circuits, mechanical hardware, and software systems.

  • Perform regular field services, ensuring reliable performance of deployed machines and devices.

  • Work both independently and collaboratively in a team to meet service-level agreements.

  • Be available to work extended hours, including weekends or holidays, if required.

  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in technical support or field service roles.

  • Proven skills in customer support, technical troubleshooting, and field service operations.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in team environments.

  • Educational qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (BE, BS, or B-Tech) in a relevant technical field.
