Responsibilities:

Handle client queries professionally via call, email, chat, and other communication channels.

Conduct cold outreach to potential clients and assist in lead generation.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.

Support the team in various day-to-day operations as required.

Requirements:

Fresh graduate.

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service to address and resolve client needs effectively.

Ability to provide Online Support and prioritize Customer Satisfaction in all interactions.

Experience in Technical Support or understanding technical solutions to assist clients efficiently.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.

Fluency in written and spoken English; multilingual skills are an advantage.

Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, with a preference for candidates familiar with eCommerce or digital marketing sectors.
