LinenTech is looking for a dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our growing team in Lahore.
As a global SaaS platform serving the commercial laundry industry, we are seeking someone who can manage international client relationships, drive successful software adoption, and bridge the gap between customer needs and technical solutions.
What we’re looking for:
✔ 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, SaaS implementation, or technical account management
✔ Strong understanding of CRM systems, APIs, SQL, and software troubleshooting
✔ Excellent communication skills with experience handling international clients
✔ Ability to understand business workflows and deliver technical solutions
Location: Lahore (Onsite)
