Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of customer success agents to enhance client relationships and retention.
  • Monitor and improve customer service processes, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze client feedback to identify areas of improvement and drive positive changes.
  • Manage and track client onboarding, ensuring smooth integration and satisfaction.
  • Set and track performance goals for customer success representatives.
  • Handle customer escalations with professionalism and empathy, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer success or client management role in a BPO environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience managing teams of 40+ members.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Ability to resolve client concerns and ensure successful service delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in managing customer retention strategies and KPIs.
  • Ability to handle escalations and provide timely resolutions in a fast-paced setting.
  • Prior experience working with international clients (USA, UK, Canada, Australia preferred).
