Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of customer success agents to enhance client relationships and retention.
- Monitor and improve customer service processes, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Analyze client feedback to identify areas of improvement and drive positive changes.
- Manage and track client onboarding, ensuring smooth integration and satisfaction.
- Set and track performance goals for customer success representatives.
- Handle customer escalations with professionalism and empathy, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
- Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer success or client management role in a BPO environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with experience managing teams of 40+ members.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to resolve client concerns and ensure successful service delivery.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in managing customer retention strategies and KPIs.
- Ability to handle escalations and provide timely resolutions in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience working with international clients (USA, UK, Canada, Australia preferred).
