Description:
Eximus Education, a UK-based award-winning social enterprise recognised as “Tutoring Company of the Year” (UK Enterprise Awards 2023), is hiring a Customer Success Executive to strengthen its international market engagement from its Karachi-based operations. The company, known for its AI-powered, personalised, and affordable tutoring solutions, is seeking a proactive, empathetic individual to manage and grow trust-based relationships with students, parents, tutors, schools, and partners across B2C, B2B, and B2G segments.
In this high-impact role, you will collaborate closely with the Management Team to ensure smooth onboarding, high satisfaction, and long-term retention of clients. You will be the first point of contact for resolving client queries, tracking customer health, mitigating risks, and fostering a seamless educational support experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure seamless onboarding and consistent support for students, parents, tutors, and partners.
Maintain strong tutor-student matches and manage long-term engagement success.
Serve as the go-to contact for clients; resolve concerns efficiently and empathetically.
Monitor client health metrics and identify retention risks proactively.
Support internal teams in service delivery and implement improvements based on feedback.
Stay informed about the UK education system, including GCSEs, A-Levels, SEND, and funding frameworks, to provide expert guidance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in customer success or client relationship management.
Prior experience in the education or edtech industry is strongly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
