Bachelors in Business Studies or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (customer dealing).

Should have great communication skills, strong work ethics, ability to learn as well as understand quickly, and time management skills.

Should be tech savvy, self-starter, energetic, and should be able to inquire and understand customer pain points.
