The Upstream Customer Solutions Team is responsible for providing customer support for our Exploration & Production (E&P) Content, Insights, and Geoscience Software products. We assist customers in navigating the intersections of commercial needs, product management, IT infrastructure, and their S&P Global services. With a presence in Malaysia, the Philippines, the USA, the UK, Canada, and Pakistan, our team operates on a truly global scale. Team members gain in-depth industry knowledge, engage in product research, and enhance their technical skills. Additionally, you will become familiar with the Energy Portal Content platform and Geoscience & Engineering products while collaborating with various teams across functional areas, including Commercial, Content, Technology, Product, and more.
Responsibilities
- Assist in copying and migrating existing documents and workflows into Salesforce templates for Project KB articles.
- Help organize scattered information, resources, and processes into a structured format within Salesforce.
- Support the development of standardized templates to streamline future documentation and workflow processes.
- Work closely with team members to gather necessary information and ensure accurate representation of existing workflows.
- Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of migrated documents and workflows.
- Provide feedback on the usability of the new templates and suggest improvements based on their experience.
- Assist in training sessions for team members on how to use the new Salesforce templates effectively.
Required Qualification
- Bachelors or Masters in Geosciences, including Geophysics and Geology or Petroleum Engineering.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus, basic understanding of document management and workflow processes.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document migration and template creation.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and gather necessary information.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic analytical skills to identify issues and suggest improvements in workflows and processes.
