NCCPL is looking for Customer Services Manager
REQUISITES:
- Education: Business Graduate preferably Masters / MBA – Marketing or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 7 Years’ of experience in Financial Sector preferably Capital Markets.
Duties & Responsibilities
- To provide timely support to NCCPL clients and resolve the client queries efficiently.
- Take ownership of customers’ concerns and devise strategies and action plan for resolution.
- Recruit, mentor and develop customer service representatives and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
- To effectively manage CRM system of NCCPL.
- Develop procedures, policies and standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely circulation of circular/notices and other Customer Services related information to the intended audience.
- Arrange training session of the Clearing Members (CMs) of the market participants related to new product or services.
Other Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal Communication, Team Player and proven decision making skill.
- Knowledge of existing products of NCCPL, CDC and PSX will be a competitive edge.
- Ability to resolve conflicts in timely manner.
- Positive attitude and competent to develop and lead the team.
